NYC Disability Benefits Tools
A set of tools to help people get disability benefits (SSI/SSDI). Right now, we're focused on actively developing tools for social workers and lawyers, to prepare for piloting in late 2025/early 2026. To connect, please email nick@goodcompute.org.

Benefits Rules Encoding
Working with engineers and researchers involved in "Rules-As-Code" to create an interoperable, open-source system for encoding, explaining, and screening benefits eligibility rules. Report and public launch forthcoming. For more info on Rules As Code, check out the Beeck Center's RaC Community.

Housing Court Answers Chatbot
Helping with Josef Legal's chatbot to answer repair questions by tenants in NYC, in collaboration with Housing Court Answers and NYU. Successfully iterated performance to near 100% reliability and secured public launch. Data analysis, testing, legal research, knowledge base editing, and configuration.
